IEAS seeks new staff

Industrial Engineering & Automation Solutions Ltd is an Engineering company specializing in electrical, instrumentation, controls and systems integration. We service the mining, industrial, marine, oil and gas, utility and municipal sectors. In anticipation of our continuous growth and expansion of capabilities for various contracts, both locally and internationally, we have requirements for:

Fabrication Shop Manager/Technical Sales Representative

You will be responsible for planning and executing all work in and out of the panel and at customer facilities for I&C systems for industrial processes and plants. This will include instrumentation, valves, DCS/PLC controls and HMI’s. In addition you will be responsible for:

• Preparing bid packages and quotes and liaising with new and existing customers.
• Coordinating projects & scheduling to ensure deadlines are met.
• Penetrating new and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Working with all levels of customers to drive orders/sales.
• Identifying opportunities, forecasting orders and closing sales.
• Defining, communicating and executing customer visit plans.
• Submitting contact reports.
• Working within our ISO9001 quality program.

Note: some travel will be required!

 

Elec/Inst. Engineers & Technologists (Oil & Gas International Projects)

IEAS Limited is currently growing our personnel database to service our clients in both Singapore and Texas. We are looking for Engineers and Technologists to fill these positions on an as need basis. Must have 5 – 10 years experience in the oil and gas business and a willingness to travel.

Key Traits:

• Must have demonstrated leadership, mentoring and team building experience.
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have the ability to organize workloads and multiple project deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.

An Electrical or Instrumentation Technology Diploma/Degree is required for both positions. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience with the design, commissioning, start-up and inspection of process I&C systems, including Instrumentation, DCS/PLC specification, programming and commissioning in industry, preferably Pulp & Paper, Mining and/or Oil & Gas.
